[OCC2010]获得性室间隔缺损的介入治疗

临床上经常遇到一些因为后天性疾病而产生室间隔缺损，如胸部创伤引起的心室间隔穿孔，急性心肌梗死后并发的室间隔穿孔，肥厚性心肌病外科术后引起的室间隔穿孔[1]，以及室间隔缺损修补术后残余漏，上述几种获得性室间隔缺损（acquired ventricular septal defect，aVSD）也同样出现心室水平的分流，其治疗措施与先天性的室间隔缺损不尽相同.....
